Welcome to TLH Kicking Cancer Walking Football Charity — where fitness, friendship, and support come together.
Our mission is to support people affected by cancer — including those currently undergoing treatment, survivors, and their families and friends — by promoting the sport of Walking Football. We provide facilities, arrange matches, and organize activities that help participants stay active, build confidence, and find community during and after treatment.

We are a charity dedicated to bringing the benefits of Walking Football to those living with cancer, as well as their families and friends. Inspired by Tony Linforth-Hall, pictured below, who found strength, fitness, and friendship through the sport while battling Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, our mission is to make Walking Football accessible to anyone affected by cancer.

PLAY WALKING FOOTBALL
Football tournament
We’re organising a walking football tournament at The Lewisham Lion’s Centre, Millwall, to honour & remember Tony Linforth-Hall on 7th March 2026.
Tony founded our walking football team, Pride of Lion’s.
Tony passed away on 14th July 2023.
Maria, Tony’s widow, has founded TLH Kicking Cancer charity in his name.
We’re using the event to raise funds to support Mike Allen & his family.
Mike plays for Pimlico Old Burgundians & has been diagnosed with leukaemia & is undergoing treatment.
If you’re interested in playing on 7th March, please let me know & I’ll let you have further information on the event.
