Here are pictures from previous events held by TLH Kicking Cancer, including matches at the Millwall and Arsenal sports hubs, with teams from London and the Midlands.
In the Midlands, our teams play roughly once a month at rotating venues, with a 50 per cent win rate!
But it is not just on the pitch that we get together – there is plenty of social interaction as well. In London, our main gathering place is at Marlborough Sports Garden, where we play every Tuesday.
Each year the Bankside Open Spaces Trust (BOST), which kindly provides us with the Marlborough facilities, organises a festival for community organisations like ours, and walking football is very much one of the activities.
The last festival was on Saturday 7th June, 2025 at Marlborough Sports Garden.
